  • What can Epic Stays do for property owners?
    At Epic Stays we own/manage a growing portfolio of properties as Airbnb Superhosts as well as verified property managers on numerous other popular short term rental sites including TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Agoda, HomeAway and up to 40 other short term rental platforms. We pride ourselves on providing guests with memorable, streamlined, long or short stay experiences at quality properties. With us, deliverying epic results for your property is our specialty.
  • What types of properties would you manage?
    All types of quality properties; apartments, lofts, houses, granny flats, acreages and even houseboats and other unique spaces. Most of our properties are located in tourist areas around Australia, wedding locations, popular corporate hubs and anywhere close to the CBD.
  • What is an Airbnb Superhost?
    Superhosts are experienced hosts who are leading examples for other hosts in providing extraordinary experiences for their guests. There are strict qualifications that need to be met quarterly to continue as an Airbnb superhost. For more details click here. In addition we are also verified and trusted property managers on other sites such as TripAdvisor, Agoda, and Booking.com.
  • What happens if a guest damages the property?
    All our listings have strict rules. No parties or bucks/hens weekends are allowed. Our strict sifting and qualifying formula for the 'right' kind of tenant reduces the risk of damages happening. We collect ID, and a security deposit. The AirBnB Host guarantee also protects hosts up to $1,000,000 should accidents happen. In addition we take out our own insurance for each property.
  • Why would I rent to you rather than an everyday tenant?
    In short, trustworthy care of your property and reliable financial returns. All our listings are cleaned by professional cleaners after each booking, minimising depreciation far more effectively than just one bond clean. We have a policy of 'no smoking, no parties, no pets' and as we need the property in working order, all mantenance is done in a timely manner. If you're looking for a tenant that pays on time, takes care of your property like it's their own (we're owners too!), and is motivated to work with you long-term, partner with us for epic results.
  • Can you look after a property in my area?
    We can look after any property in all areas of Australia as long as it fits our model and is of a quality standard. We have systems and managers in place in various regions to help facilitate the best results for our landlords.
  • How do I get started?
    Please give us a call or reach out via our ‘contact us’ page. We’ll contact you immediately to find out more about your property and your personal wants and needs. We will answer any of your questions and make sure your property is a good fit for us and we are a good fit for you. If you would like to meet in person we can also arrange one of our team to meet with you and view the property. Our business is built on trust, relationships and results.
  • Would you consider purchasing my property?
    In short, yes! If you have a property that would work well within our model, when you are ready to sell let's discuss working directly and saving you fees.
